Frequently Asked Questions

Where Do You Film?

I am Dorset based, but I travel across the Hampshire, Wiltshire, Devon, Somerset, London and beyond for weddings.

I request an additional fee to cover expenses for long distance travel (greater than 50 miles) and destination weddings. This covers time and fuel.

The fee may also cover accommodation, so that I am not affected by delays that could arise from long distance travel on the morning of the wedding.

Are You Available?

If you would like to see if I’m free for your big day, please contact me using the contact form below, via phone, or on social media.

When is the Deposit/Balance Due?

The £300 deposit is due within 7 days of confirming your booking. This secures your date in my diary. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your wedding.

How Long Do You Film For?

My coverage starts at bridal/groom preparation and finishes 10 – 15 minutes after your first dance. If you planning to have fireworks or sparklers later in the evening, or something else that falls outside my these times then let me know. I am happy to extend my coverage and let you know of any additional charge.

Where Can I Watch My Film?

If you have invested in a highlight video, then I upload the video to Vimeo or YouTube and I also send a USB with your film. Feature films are vastly larger files and due to the size limitations of video sharing sites, I provide this on USB only.

When Do We Receive Our Film?

I spend approximately 40 – 50 hours editing the footage into your final video. I try to deliver your highlight film to you 4-6 weeks after your wedding and your feature film within 6-8 weeks. Of course, I will never rush your video so sometimes it may take a little longer.

What Music Do You Use?

I license music after watching through the footage from your wedding. That way, I can choose a song that fits the flow of your wedding day. I am also happy to consider song requests, but please be aware that many popular songs can’t be licensed.

Are You Insured?

I sure am!
